- SASSAS will accept pre-bids and proxy bids via fax or email until midnight, Friday, June 24.
- The highest opening pre-bid or proxy bid (see bid form) will be the opening bid for the silent auction
- If unable to attend the silent auction on June 25, proxy bidders should indicate the maximum they are willing to pay for the artwork. Proxy bidders with a stated maximum pay only what is necessary for a successful bid. SASSAS will assign a proxy to fill in the silent auction form until the maximum designated in the fax is met.
- Successful proxy and pre-bidders will be confirmed by Saturday morning, June 25 for all works.
- Sales tax of 9.75% will be added to sales to California residents and works delivered locally.
- Purchaser is responsible for packing and shipping costs if work cannot be delivered locally.
